The champagne makes for a slightly bubblier cocktail, while the sparkling water creates more of a traditional mule vibe combined with the ginger syrup.

Ingredients
- 4 oz vodka
- 4 oz pear juice
- 2 oz ginger simple syrup
- Champagne or Sparkling Water to top off
Directions
- Step 1
- Prepare a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, pear juice, and simple syrup. Shake well.
- Step 2
- Pour into two glasses and top off with either champagne or sparking water.
