Curry Chicken Salad

Perfect for a day at the beach or a tailgate, this quick curry chicken salad recipe has a flavorful twist. Serve in a large bowl or individual cups for easy grab and go.

Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 Rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1.5 cups of green grapes, sliced
Directions
Step 1
Shred the meat from the rotisserie chicken.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
