Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup light mayo
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1.5 cups of green grapes, sliced
Directions
- Step 1
- Shred the meat from the rotisserie chicken.
- Step 2
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Step 3
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
