Fall, football, and buffalo chicken dip! A tailgate staple, Frank’s Buffalo Chicken dip is a classic game day treat! This skinny version of the recipe uses reduced fat ingredients to allow for more guilt free snacking!
This recipe can be made ahead and baked prior to serving.
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 25 oz canned chicken (2, 12.5 oz cans, I use Swanson's)
- 8 oz 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fat free Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wings sauce
- 1 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Step 2
- Drain canned chicken. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, Ranch, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Step 3
- Pour mixture into 2qt baking dish and spread. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Step 4
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until mixture is bubbling.
- Step 5
- Serve with Baked Scoops, or your chip of choice!
