Any excuse for a game day snack or pre-dinner appetizer, especially one with buffalo sauce! My sister-in-law made this recipe for me the first time after she saw it on Donut Worry, Be Healthy, and I was hooked!
Pro tips:
- If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, Green Giant also makes cauliflower gnocchi.
- You can use Frank’s Hot Sauce or Buffalo Sauce, but if you use Frank’s Buffalo sauce, you don’t need to add the butter (you still can, I won’t tell!)
- I serve with Bolthouse Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing for dipping!

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. bag of cauliflower gnocchi, frozen
- 1 tbsp Frank's Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tbsp whipped salted butter
- Blue cheese or Ranch dressing to serve
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Step 2
- Spray basket with olive oil spray. Add frozen cauliflower gnocchi to basket and set timer for 10 minutes. Toss every 2-3 minutes, and spray with olive oil at least once.
- Step 3
- Add butter and buffalo sauce to mixing bowl. Once the gnocchi has cooked for 10 minutes, add to the butter sauce mixture and toss. Once the gnocchi has been coated, pour back into the air fryer basket.
- Step 4
- Set at 375°F for another 5-8 minutes until the gnocchi is crisp.
- Step 5
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. I prefer the Bolthouse brands.
