Each Friday in October, I am releasing a fall cocktail as a way to kick off the weekend! This pumpkin spice salted caramel espresso martini is a perfect fall twist on the dessert classic. I served mine with a chocolate covered orange, but you can always go a more traditional route of three espresso beans, symbolizing health, happiness, and prosperity!
Pro tips:
- Use regular espresso or flavored coffee if you don’t have the pumpkin spice
- You can use regular vodka or vanilla vodka, if you prefer
- If you don’t like almond milk, whole milk or oat milk will work just as well
- Don’t skip the dark chocolate liquor! It’s the best part!
